The pool opens May 25th!

The summer pool season for 2024 begins May 25th!  The pool will be open from 12-7PM three days on Memorial Day weekend and on the following weekend.  On June 7th, the last day of school, it will be open 3-7 PM.  Regular pool hours begin each day on June 8th from 12-7 PM and will continue through August 25th.  The pool will also be open August 30 - September 2 for Labor Day Weekend.

MFHA RESIDENT INFORMATION

​

All residents of MFHA may use the pool as long as their first-half assessment payment has been made. Passes are required for entry.

​

You will be charged the cost of printing and mailing your passes at checkout -- $5 per household plus $1 per pass.

​

All previously-issued pool passes have expired.  Passes will only be valid for one year from now on.

​

NON-HOA RESIDENT INFORMATION

​

Pool memberships are available for purchase by non-MFHA residents.  

 

Family memberships start the season at $350. On July 1 they are reduced to $260 and on August 1 they are reduced to $120.

​

Individual memberships start the season at $220.  On July 1 they are reduced to $165 and on August 1 they are reduced to $75.00.

ALL POOL PASS APPLICANTS

​

MFHA Resident passes and Family Membership passes may only be requested for persons residing in the home.* 

 

Make sure you read the Pool Rules and Pool Procedures for more information.  Be informed, be safe, and enjoy hassle-free entry into the pool!

Before starting your application, you must read the Liability Release Form. 

​

You can only apply for your passes online or by printing the paperwork and mailing it to our pass provider.  No paperwork will be available or accepted at the pool.  Please allow 7-10 business for pass processing and mailing.  

 

*In the case of MFHA rentals, either the homeowner or the tenants may request the MFHA Resident passes.  If the homeowner is local and wishes to use the pool, the tenants must purchase a pool membership.
