Meadowlake Farms Cluster Homes Association
A sub-association of MFHA

The Meadowlake Farms Cluster Homes Association, or MFCHA, is made up of the 90 townhouses on Heather Way.  Owners of the Heather Way properties are members of both MFHA and MFCHA.

The MFCHA Board of Directors is made up of five residents (owners or renters) of the Cluster Homes. The MFCHA board is responsible for the maintenance of Heather Way, the parking lot, and sidewalks; management of the landscaping around the properties and trash service; and the entrances off Meadowlake Road.  The board is also responsible for covenants enforcement and architectural control of the townhouses.

Living in the Cluster Homes comes with the benefits of a 2 or 3-bedroom home, private backyard, assigned parking spaces, and minimal landscape maintenance responsibilities.  It includes access to a beautiful, guarded, and professionally managed swimming pool, two tennis courts, well-maintained ball field, designated playgrounds as well as large open areas and a lake.
