Approved Exterior Color Regulations
The Cluster Homes Board of Directors has approved an updated color scheme and new regulations for siding, trim and other exterior elements of the townhomes. All homeowners will be required to bring their property into compliance with the new regulations. All color changes will need to be approved through the regular Architectural Modification Application process.

Trash and Recycling — Click here for information

Assessments — Assessment payments are due each month on the 1st. Your assessments pay for your trash service, landscaping and parking privileges, among other things, so it is important that you stay up-to-date with your payments.

Making payments — Your assessment payments may be made by mailing a check, using your bank's online billpay service, by credit card, by ACH debit online, or by taking a check or cash with your payment coupon to a Truist Bank branch. All homeowners are encouraged to sign up for Association Pay, Truist's automatic payment system, to avoid late fees. All payment information is available on Truist's dedicated HOA payment website, www.Truist.com/payments. In order to make a payment, you must have the Unit Number, Serial Account Number, and Bill Pay Number from your coupon book. If you have misplaced this information, please contact Victory Community Management.

New to the Neighborhood? — Welcome! Please read our welcome letter and complete the Owner Information Sheet.

Renting — If you are renting out your Cluster Homes property, please complete the Tenant Information Form. Remember that while you may not be living at the property, it is still your responsibility to ensure the property is being maintained in compliance with the covenants. By providing your tenant's contact information, we will be able to contact them in the case of an emergency and we can also keep them in the loop about any changes to policies and procedures that might be applicable to them.

Rules and Regulations — All homeowners and residents must maintain compliance with the Rules and Regulations.
