About Us

The Meadowlake Farms Homes Association was established in 1987 on the former farm and lake property of Susan and Wille Newton.  MFHA is comprised of 193 members and consists of 90 townhomes and 103 detached single family homes.

MFHA has a number of common areas including our pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, ball field, open areas, and lake available for enjoyment by all Meadowlake residents in good standing.

Our neighborhood is managed and maintained by two distinct / separate community associations (comprised of local neighbors).  Meadowlake Farms Homes Association (MFHA) is the Master Association and is responsible for improvement and maintenance of most common areas, neighborhood capital assets and exterior entrances.  Meadowlake Farms Cluster Homes Association (MFCHA) is the Sub-Association specifically responsible for the townhomes on Heather Way.  Cluster Home owners are also members of the greater MFHA.
